Please see the group information page for more details.

Do You Accept Insurance?

I accept cash, check, or credit card. I do not accept insurance; however, you may use FSA/HSA to cover mental health expenses, including group counseling. For those experiencing financial hardship, I offer a limited number of reduced-cost spots.

Reduced Fee Options

I believe every mother struggling with low milk supply deserves special care and attention. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots for those experiencing financial hardship.

Why Is the Cost of Premium Group Membership So Much Higher Than Standard Group Membership?

Premium group membership may be the ideal choice for the LMS mama who could use a little extra hand-holding and a greater level of personalized support. Premium membership provides greater access to me, your group facilitator. This greater access requires not only more time but also more emotional investment on my part, which is very difficult to quantify. I have done my best to price it in a way that I believe reflects the additional effort. Because healing can be enhanced by various complimentary treatments, premium membership also includes additional perks, such as access to hydrotherapy and a sensory deprivation float tank session.

When Does the Group Meet?

Information coming soon!

How Long Is Each Group Session and What is the Duration of Group?

Group meets once a week for 2 hours over the course of 8 weeks, not including holidays.

May I Bring My Infant to the Group With Me?

Yes, "babes in arms" are welcome to attend group with you. Generally, babies up to 4 months old sleep through the group, whereas older babies may be disruptive. Therefore, we ask that any infants older than 4 months stay at home.

Do You Offer Other Group Days and Times?

I plan to. As groups fill up, more will be added.

What If I Am Sick and Can't Attend a Session In Person?

Group attendance in-person is extremely important. However, if you are ill or have to travel on the day of our session, I encourage you to join us remotely via video conferencing.

What Can I Expect From the Group Experience?

You can expect to experience a plethora of positive change, including but not limited to improved mood and emotional outlook, return to higher functioning, strengthened bond with baby, and improved marital/partner relationship. You will develop greater coping ability, and emotional resilience as you inch your way through acceptance, toward confidence and joy. As your group facilitator, I will gently lead you through processing difficult emotions and the common struggle. We meet in a sanctuary that soothes your senses with low lights, soft music, aromatherapy, lovely surroundings and the beautiful beating hearts of the women seated around you.

Where Are You Located?

Group therapy takes place at my Mt. Tabor home. Once you register for group, you will receive the exact address.

Is There Anything I Need to Know That is Particular To This Group?

Since the group meets in the lower level of my home, group members need to be able to negotiate stairs. Also, groups take place seated in a circle on the floor. You will be asked to silence your phones upon arrival. We meet in a shoe-free space, so be ready to flaunt your cool socks or feel free to bring slippers.

What If I Find That the Group Is Not Right For Me?

If you do not feel better after the first session, you may dis-enroll and receive a full refund.
